Equipment Sales Terms

Pricing and Availability

• All prices are subject to change without notice
• Equipment availability is not guaranteed until a deposit is received
• Prices listed do not include applicable taxes, delivery fees, or documentation fees unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors

Equipment Condition

• All used equipment is sold "as-is" unless otherwise specified in writing
• Equipment descriptions and specifications are provided in good faith but should be verified by the buyer
• Buyers are encouraged to inspect equipment in person before purchase
• Photos are representative and actual equipment may vary slightly

Payment Terms

• A deposit may be required to hold equipment
• Full payment is required before equipment release unless financing is arranged
• We accept cash, certified checks, wire transfers, and approved financing
• Personal checks may require additional clearance time
• All deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing

Delivery and Pickup

• Delivery arrangements and costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed
• Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon pickup or delivery
• Buyers must provide adequate means to receive delivered equipment
• Equipment must be picked up within the agreed timeframe or storage fees may apply

Selling Your Equipment

If you are selling equipment to Southeast Forklifts:

• You warrant that you have clear title and authority to sell the equipment
• Equipment must be accurately described and free of undisclosed liens
• Final purchase price is subject to physical inspection
• Payment will be issued after title transfer and equipment verification

Service and Repairs

• Service estimates are provided in good faith but actual costs may vary
• Authorization is required before proceeding with repairs exceeding estimates
• Parts and labor warranties are as specified at time of service
• Equipment left for service beyond 30 days may incur storage fees

Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the website
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission
• Submit false or misleading information

Limitation of Liability
